QUALIFIED & EXPERIENCED
I have been in the building industry for over 35 years starting out as a young Apprentice Carpenter and then on to being self-employed for 22 of those years.
I am a Trade Qualified builder and also a Licensed Building Practitioner based in the Waikato region with experience as a Contractor as well as having employed staff.
Most of my building experience has been utilised on many well known projects in and around Hamilton. However, I have also worked overseas and enjoyed my time learning new techniques and showing others "the Kiwi way".
PASSIONATE ABOUT BUILDING
My passion is project management and working in an advisory role. Whether it be mediation or a second opinion on construction methods or repair. Reporting on ‘Leaky Homes’ has resulted in the natural progression to House Inspections.
